The 1:1 sessions are built around what you're actually working through, not a curriculum. Weekly office hours give you a standing touchpoint even between sessions. If your situation is complicated, the $100/month difference is the cheapest senior development counsel you'll find.

That depends on whether you're actively running a development program. If you have campaigns to plan, donors to move, board members to activate, or a team to manage, there's something in the library for all of it, and it's searchable.
